I have used Tanner Materials to do several jobs, including redoing 3 bathrooms. First, their price is the best available, Second the work was perfect, Third, on time and on budget. Fourth, the materials are superior. Previously I had used the big box stores, and the it was the worst possible situation. Remember those big box stores get there people by the lowest bid, so you get the worst craftsmanship, the worst materials, and the worst customer service. Mike is the go to guy here. He knows this business, Pablo, is the estimator and asks all the right questions and listens to get the quote right the first time, The installers are perfectionists, clean and timely. I am going back to them within 30 days to have them do another project.

We just had our kitchen remodeled and chose Tanner Materials to do our countertop and backsplash. The choices they have in their store are more than enough to make anyone happy. The personnel who work in the store were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Shout-out to Josh who coordinated everything for us and made sure we were happy. He knows all about tile granite and cabinets - Really works with you to put it all together - I will ONLY refer Jim Tanner to all my clients (I am in Real Estate and own my company also) Absolute pleasure to sit with someone with the experience and understanding not to hard sell anything - you live with your selections for a very long time and he is very patient and understanding and does not apply pressure of any kind - MOST helpful person I have worked with on flooring (and I have been in Real Estate since 1981!) Tanner Materials has done various jobs for me over the years from tile, wood plank and carpet to cabinets/knobs. Every job has been done on time and well. I noticed other reviewers mentioned the wrong material being installed numerous times - I tend to review my material before it is installed and pay attention to the work being done so I have never encountered this in dealing with Tanner, but I suggest that of any homeowner do that no matter what company you may use. Tanner's selection is great and the prices are competitive. All of the materials they have installed for me have been quality and have lasted the test of time. I will not hesitate to use Tanner again in the future!

What great people to deal with. They gave me a great deal on travertine pavers, went above and beyond getting the material in a timely manner even after I changed the order. Then when my paver guy messed up the project, they set me up with Servando, who is an expert at laying pavers. All around great experience!

Yes! Victor was great! Very responsive, even when the news wasn't good, as some is bound to be in any construction project. If you don't need a fancy showroom and want a crew that is knowledgeable and strives to please their customers, give them a try. Excellent quality of work, will use them again.

This company is top notch! Josh and his team are simply the best. The price is second to none. Our Calacatta Idillio quartz counters and backsplash look fabulous! The Tanner team was on-time, extremely polite and clean. Project Details: We stopped in on a weekend. The following Thursday the team demo' d our existing counters with no damage to our cabinets and installed our new quartz the very next day! In less than a week it was DONE! Our project required three slabs, undermounted sink and 18 inch backsplash. There where no seams except on the front edge and the veins were masterfully lined up! My husband did the plumbing hook up and reconnected the electrical. Thank you!

I was a bit nervous given the mixed reviews, especially on customer service with the owner who has treated others terrible. I went into the showroom with my wife and kids. The salesman was already busy with another couple, which was fine because we weren't sure what we wanted exactly and needed to look around. After we had looked around and had questions on several types of porcelain wood tile, the salesman Greg came over and gave us prices and answered our questions. He provided a printed quote for materials and install. They sent Pablo out to my house to measure and look at the rooms they were going to install. He was very polite and professional. He measured the floor and also answered several questions I had and made recommendations as to how it might best look installed as far as the pattern goes. I ended up finding a cheaper price (only by .10/ft) on the materials so I had ordered it from another supplier. I called a few weeks later ready to install and they were happy to still assist me and didn't' treat me any different given that I didn't buy the product from them. They arrived on time and removed my carpet and began installing my floor. It took a total of 2 1/2 days for install, but the installers were courteous and did a great job. I'm happy to recommend based on our experience and the results speak for themselves.

Just had our backyard done over in pavers and 2 bedrooms plus entry way tiled. Awesome job from start to finish, Harold definitely delivered - on time and on budget. The crews were on the job when promised and the work site was cleaned up every day. Servando's team did some difficult paver transitions that look great. The cover up of the old cool deck is impressive. Jose and Julio did an amazing job on the interior tile. Really excellent craftsmanship. We were worried about the mess and disruption of 2 major projects running at the same time, but Harold and his team pulled it off perfectly.

I found out about this place from the great work my in-laws got done by the people at Tanner. It inspired my wife, and I to investigate the Tanner store in Chandler. We found the best deal I had ever seen on a Versailles pattern tile set. We had been looking for over a year, but everything we found was way over budget. Because Tanner had such a good deal, we had our whole house done. What a painful project after living in the same house for 20 years, but now that it's over we love our new flooring. It's now time to go back to Tanner, and get the Granite Countertops done now. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for new flooring, or countertops.

We were having trouble getting kitchen cabinets and we went in and talked to Victor. They had lots of colors and styles to choose from and were able to get the cabinets in two weeks. The quality was very good and the prices very competitive. They also have tile and countertops, we didn't get those this time but we will definitely check them out in the future.

Lupe and his team did a fantastic job selecting, delivering and installing saltillo tile in two rooms for us. They specially selected tile colors to match our existing 24 year old tile in the adjacent hallway. They were very friendly, neat and skilled. They worked Saturday and Sunday to complete the job in the time frame promised. Lupe was especially attentive making sure we were happy with the outcome. Just finished a full a full remodel of my home. The guys at Tanner Materials did an an outstanding job on the floors throughout the whole house. From demo to finished floors as well as new baseboards, they do it all. I also had them install new granite countertops in the kitchen along with a new travertine backsplash. It looks amazing. They do great work and and get the job done fast without wasting time. The crews were all extremely nice and very professional. We had Tanner Materials lay tile in our house out in the West Valley. We worked with Victor who was very knowledgeable about the products and the installation, and just a genuinely nice person to work with. Very conscientious very energetic and really wants to make the customer happy. They laid about 1700 ft.² of porcelain tile and it looks absolutely awesome. The first thing they had to do was clean the floor, patch some cracks and then level everything. The final product as I said is genuinely awesome. Our compliments to Victor for a job well done.

I went to four stores in Tucson hoping to find a replacement tile- most ignored me as my request was so minor or sent me on with no help- father and son at Tanner went out of their way to be helpful and charged me next to nothing for their time and materials

We literally had tanner here for weeks! We had numerous rooms to tile and chose to do a few at a time.. I know this is not ideal for installers but they worked with us, their pricing is fair and very well explained! Things such as putting plastic up and such we as home owners did to prevent dust from spreading to other parts of the house! Mike tanner was always ready available by phone! No job comes without its hiccups but they were patient and worked through it! The installers were on time every morning!

Tanner has just completed two shower/tub tile jobs. The experience was very good. Greg Church was easy to work with on choosing our materials. We first went to their Phoenix showroom which was very unorganized, so we then went to their Chandler location which was by far nicer and easier to select materiel. Best pricing in town. Carlos and Chris were our skilled installers who performed outstanding, safe and professional work daily. In fact our neighbor observed the 6 day install and was so impressed with the quality and pricing he hired Tanner to do his bathroom showers the following week. I was looking for tiles to match my builder-grade Emser tiles for a small project (storage under the stairs). I went to the Emser tile store in Glendale and they told me the tile was discontinued, but to try Tanner Materials because they have closeouts (in addition to regular tiles) and I might get lucky in finding my tile. Although they didn't have my exact tile, Victor and Josh were super helpful at helping me find a tile that was similar to what I was looking for. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. In addition to tiles, they also have cabinets too. Who knew?? I wish I had known about them before I did my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I would have definitely used them. I also learned that they can do the job too; they have project managers that will come out and take measurements and complete the work. They also have slabs for countertops and pavers. They are truly a one stop shop for you remodeling needs. Although I wish I had known about them before, I am so glad that I know about them now. This place was recommended by our landscape contractor to pick out tile for our outdoor patio fireplace being built. They have so much to choose from it overwhelming. I wanted a mosaic tile and they had over 30 to choose from! In addition to the huge selection of tile, they have travertine, quartz, wood, and cabinets. Definitely way more selection than I've seen anywhere else. I can't recall the name of the lady that helped us, but she was super helpful and very sweet. I will definitely be back when we have to pick out materials for our backyard.

We worked with Mike to get luxury vinyl flooring to replace our carpet. He was super nice and his crew did a great job installing our flooring. It's beautiful and has held up really well even with teenage boys in the house. We had a leak that ruined part of the floor and wall and Mike helped us get extra boxes of the planks so we could get the floor repaired. Their showroom staff was really knowledgeable and helpful as well.

We had Tanner remodel our master bathroom and remove our carpeting in our 3 bedroom home. The experience was incredible. From the moment we met Victor (who came to our house and helped us pick our Quartz countertop, cabinets, flooring and colors) we were very impressed. Victor is a true professional with a positive, can do attitude. Best yet, he delivers on his promises. Everything was done on time and Victor made sure that the workers were there on time. We used Tanner to install our kitchen countertops and island about two years ago. Because they did a great job then, we called them again recently when we needed two bathroom counters/sinks to be replaced. We worked with Josh and he was awesome in scheduling our install. After having multiple countertop companies blow me off or flat out ghost me, I was referred to Tanner Materials by a co-worker. I was intending to replace all the countertops in my home and figured I'd go in and look at the inventory and was immediately greeted by Victor Gutierrez with a smile. Victor is personable, easy to talk with and has a great sense of humor. Needless to say, our personalities meshed immediately. After accepting the bid, if I had any questions (and I had a lot), Victor never acted like I was a bother and gave me his opinions and answered everything promptly. Loved working with Mike and his crew. We did a bathroom rebuild after water damage. It's been a lot and with a sick child allergic to mold. Mike's crew got it done and it's beautiful. There will always be issues with any construction and rebuild job. You are in denial if you think there won't be. I'm an Interior Designer so I know. It's ALWAYS how you handle the issues that makes a company good not not. When an issue would arise, Mike was on it and addressed it fast and made sure it was correct and how we wanted it. I would also like to point out that his guys came on Thanksgiving Day to work on the bathroom because they knew we wanted it done the fastest that they could do. Who does that?! Just amazing.

Josh at Tanner Materials is just the best. Tanner was suggested to me a contractor whose kitchen and flooring they had replaced. Mine was a replacement after a flood that took out walls , the kitchen, the flooring in three rooms, and one bathroom. My kitchen was 50 years old and has now been replaced by new modern cabinets that are just beautiful. For the flooring I chose vinyl that looks fabulous . Victor and Roberto and the other gentleman did a fabulous job. All at Tanner are willing to make you satisfied with the quality of work as well as the quality and courtesy of the staff.. I highly recommend them.

Great experience, very prompt and professional. I had a travertine patio installed in one day, after the great work I had them come back and tear out my granite kitchen and backsplash, re install new granite and back splash, this took two days. I am now planning on them to do a bathroom remodel. Al was very helpful and professional, I would recommend Tanner Materials for any job, big or small.

I couldn't be more pleased with Tanner Tile. We have used Tanner for many many years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for pavers and tile. They have done our kitchen, family room. 2-1/2 bathrooms and our patio. Last week they put pavers in our large indoor atrium and I'm so pleased. Friendly and helpful and no high pressed sales pitch.

Tanner tiled my studio about 10 years ago and it still looks great. I had a much smaller project and returned to Tanner. Victor Gutierrez treated my small project as if it was his most important job ever. He helped create a fun and happy design that works great in my studio. Installers did a fabulous job and were very respectful. We experienced a little glitch but Victor took care of immediately and with a smile. Project turned out great thanks to Victor and the gang.

We just had tanner install a granite counter around a fireplace. Victor G was the coordinator, and he was just excellent. Came over before to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Was always responsive by phone, and when we wanted to make some final changes, he came over several times to make sure we liked the final product. It looks amazing, and I cant recommend him/them highly enough

Done our kitchen, dining room,hallway areas. In stalled LUX Floors . They also did Marble back splashes ! We couldn't be happier with Al and his crew. They did everything five stars . We have pool if you don't dry off no worries this LUX will not be slippery !!!!!

We had both our bathrooms countertops replaced with quartz from Tanner last year and they did an excellent Job. The fit and finish could not be better. This year we had the kitchen countertops replaced. Another excellent job. Both times Victor took care of us and was very helpfull in choosing the slabs and the rest of the process. The same crew did the instal both times. They were very polite and mindefull of our home, no scratches , bumping the walls etc. Also they did a very thorough clean up. The whole process took only two weeks. I recomended them to my mother-in-law and they were great there too.

We had the pleasure (sarcasm) of having to totally gut our home due to extensive termite damage. After working with numerous subcontractors who consistently let us down in other areas of expertise, we decided to award the tile and bathroom installation to a company rather than an individual. After much research we went with Tanner materials. We'll be honest, we were a little concerned with the lower Yelp reviews but heard that Mike was a "stand-up" guy and backed his product no matter what. This was severely tested since at the beginning of the job some issues arose. But in the end one of his crews performed magic on our home - especially in our 9' x 5' master shower. Mike made personally sure that we were satisfied and lived up to his word in the end that everything would be what we hoped for. Isn't that all you want out a contractor? As a retired vet integrity is vital and Mike has it. In the end what you see attached is what we have to pleasure of enjoying every day. So hire Mike and ask for Israel's crew. You will be happy with both the price and the quality.

Excellent craft, customer service work ethic and connections with other trusted tradespersons. And, understands how when certain groups mindsets get involved in all branches that it then brings in laziness and lots of counter snooping at night to justify their jobs which we pay for in taxes. Think Apple and Google got it covered, and businesses like this. Oh, gotta go! That 'owner' who is the boss of the Apple Team Viewer license who is now using the 'new' MacBook Pro for my business setup who said he he would completely re-design my website because 'I'd been a client for several years now' is getting squeezed and at my front door. Not going, but now two 'sheriff's' in costumes in the backyard say they got a call from me but Apple knows. They seem to always walk thru the back gate and smirk at my telecommunications situation. Oh the lies....stupid taxpayer money games so business as usual with us paying for now Mike Flynn and Comey to fake data and keep Russians in our lives and computers. Don't pay for roads or internet or try to build any business here, the state and police Dept won't be using your social or business FEIN and they sure don't want your middle name. Just sit around and ride your bike I guess. I wonder who called the police? When I dial, it goes to Apple.

AMAZING! We had such a great experience with Tanner - the entire crew from Harold to the installers, to the glass guy! What a great bunch of people to work with! They helped us with the entire process from picking out tile, quartz, replacing sinks, light fixtures, etc. We had a complete remodel of our master bathroom and bedroom - everything was replaced except for the cabinets and Tanner made it happen in less than 4 weeks. Can't wait to start on the next phase and replace flooring in the rest of the house!

He's a very pleasant down-to-earth guy and he offered to replace all of it if we weren't happy. We thought about it and decided we love it anyways. It is beautiful. I'm probably the only one that will even notice anything. I would recommend Tanner because they do stand by their word.

After having multiple countertop companies blow me off or flat out ghost me, I was referred to Tanner Materials by a co-worker. I was intending to replace all the countertops in my home and figured I'd go in and look at the inventory and was immediately greeted by Victor Gutierrez with a smile. Victor is personable, easy to talk with and has a great sense of humor. Needless to say, our personalities meshed immediately. After accepting the bid, if I had any questions (and I had a lot), Victor never acted like I was a bother and gave me his opinions and answered everything promptly. I had a very specific color in mind which at the time I found at a local flooring retailer. Mike's crew installed the floors. Tanner Materials was very helpful and professional when picking out our engineered hardwood floors and installation. Callen make the whole process very easy. The selection of floors is extensive. This family run company comes highly recommend for anyone looking for hardwood floor installation. This is a friendly company that still values the customer. Tanner is Licensed, Bonded and Insured and has a A+ rating with AZ BBB. They communicated well throughout the process. The installers were punctual, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cost was very reasonable. We had done a lot of research both online and visiting flooring stores. What was especially important to us was the preparation of the floor before installation. We have tile that was installed in the slab on some parts where the hardwood floors were to be installed. Carlos and crew made sure that the floors were level so that the installation was perfect. The quality of the workmanship is top-notched.

We just had tanner install a granite counter around a fireplace. Victor G was the coordinator, and he was excellent. Came over before to make sure it was exactly what we wanted, and was always responsive by phone. When we wanted to make some final adjustments, he came over several times to make sure we liked the final product. It looks amazing, and I cant recommend him/them highly enough...

Lupe and the team at Tanner Materials worked to install a backsplash in our kitchen and over 1500 feet of floor tile. They inspected the tiles and leveled the floor as they laid it. Javier and Rubin's work exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail was impressive! They worked nearly every day, including weekends, until the job was completed. Lupe returned to verify everything was to our satisfaction, and touched up the grout as needed. We are returning for additional projects.

Customer service is A+. We did new flooring throughout entire home. Josh was a trustworthy, efficient, communicative project manager. He had great ideas and even connected us with someone who custom made iron caps for our kitchen beams. We discovered mold during the process which caused a delay. I get a chuckle from so many of the reviews. It is a family business and the dad has his opinions and can be a bit grumpy (and sometimes sleepy). The dynamic reminds me of the tv show Pawn Stars. We purchased quartz countertops and installation from Tanner Materials on 19th avenue and couldn't have been happier. We visited several other places and were disappointed . Actually Tanner Materials was going to be our last visit before we gave up. This place was great! Their selection (we actually got to touch slabs -not just tiny tiny squares of samples or blotchy pictures on a lap top like other places). They sent a guy out to measure the next day, then installation was shortly thereafter. Other places told us 3 to 6 MONTHS for ordering and installation, and we would not get to see the whole patters on the slabs. Jen DeHart was a joy to work with-any question we had or anything we needed-she moved the process right along. She was absolutely wonderful. For fast delivery and installation-we highly recommend them.

I came into the store needing advice on how to remove grout stains from fresh tile work and seal the grout as well. We had this project done by an independent contractor not associated with Tanner. Al was quick to answer all of my questions despite the fact we didn't buy our tile from their store. Al explained exactly how to remove the grout stains, apply the sealer, and recommended his go to products. I tested it out at home, and sure enough, Al was right! Great customer service in an industry that seems to have quotes and "advice" all over the board. Thank you for giving me what I needed Al! We will use your company for our future bathroom project!

Family run business. They will help with problems, solutions for your project. Good products. They have a good deal on cabinets compared to the big name box stores as well the tile, counters etc.

I'm quiet surprised to read many negative reviews. A friend referred me to Tanners. My friend and her niece have shopped here and had positive experiences working with them during their home renovations. I've been here three times the last couple weeks as I'm working on a reno and deciding on material. Every visit the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful. When I visited the 2nd time, my husband and I were surprised to be greeted by a staff member in the parking lot asking if we needed help bringing in our samples. Later that visit, we just so happened to be receiving help from the owner. Al was very helpful with suggestions and was straightforward with his recommendations. He really took his time helping us. I found a few unique pieces here that I'm really excited to put in my new home. Oh, they can do half slabs with some of the quartz and granites which will save me money (I'm so happy)!!! I was going to get quartz and granite from another business but now I'd rather get all of that from here.

We've had several projects w/ Tanner & continue to use them. That being said, it's not always pain free, it is construction & things happen. Mike has always tried to do the best & we always end up happy. Our bathroom took a tad bit longer than we'd hoped but it ended up beautiful. We would definitely recommend.

Why did we wait....? Once we decided it was time to update our kitchen, Tanner Materials made it easy. We worked with Mike and Jim to get a quick education on the various counter top materials available today and then in selecting the specific granite color and design. They cut down the existing breakfast bar and created a spacious and modern kitchen peninsula. We extended our center island 2 ft. and dropped in two new sinks and facets. Overall, once the planning was done, the entire project was done in the same week.

We purchased granite for our kitchen, marble for the bathrooms and new cabinets for all areas. The cabinets are superior quality with dove tail drawers, soft shut drawers AND doors and solid wood construction with full extension drawers! The pull out drawers are also solid wood and full extension. The hidden hinges give a smooth look and show off the high quality of these cabinets. The new kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. Fantastic value for what you get!! Tanner was timely with our order and even measured for the granite as soon as the lower cabinets were installed. We have done many remodels and these products are the best we have ever used. We really appreciate the seamless granite even on the large kitchen section. Superior craftsmanship! They have earned our business for many years to come.

We decided to go with Tanner because their pricing to remove our 23 year old tile in the kitchen/family room and fireplace and replace it with new tile was so much less than other quotes. Al and his team replaced the old, gross carpet in our house with new vinyl. They were able to get in within a few days and had the entire job done in 2 days. The new flooring is beautiful and it looks like it was there all along- the new floor flows seamlessly with the old one and they did a great job installing the flooring under the baseboards. It has completely transformed the house. Al's communication is very good and they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Tanner did the tile work in a living room and hallway. There was a residue (a waxy substance) on the tile and they graciously came back twice to remove it all. The tile looks great. We had a dilemma. Our 22-year-old home was 50% carpet and 50% travertine tile. We really wanted to get rid of the old carpet and have the same flooring throughout our house. Did we really need to replace the travertine tile too? Could we match 20+ year old travertine? Did we have to find a complimentary tile (non-travertine) to use in place of the carpet as a compromise? Immediately upon entering our home for the consultation, Mike Tanner was able to identify the name and source of the travertine and said we could absolutely match it. So, we placed our trust in Tanner Materials and proceeded with the project. Our congratulations to the Tanner Materials team for successfully completing the complicated flooring project that transformed our house to now 100% travertine. The project was to install 24" square travertine, in what had been the carpeted rooms of our house, to seamlessly match the existing 20+ year old 24" travertine in hallways, bathrooms and kitchen areas. This work included delivering the heavy tile pieces and bags of the 'mud" to our sloped hillside property and moving the materials to the multiple cutting tile areas in either the raised back patio or front entry depending on the location of the rooms that needed to be tiled. Mike Tanner and team worked with us to schedule the work to accommodate the movement of our furniture from room to room that allowed us (dad, mom and 2 year old puppies) to live in the house while the tile was being installed. The project took 5 weeks in the hot Phoenix heat of June-July 2023. We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, expertise and quality from the Tanner Materials tiling team.

Tanner Materials Company did a wonderful job replacing my old tile kitchen counter tops with beautiful quarts counter tops. So this is my 4th house renovation I've done with Tanner. In every installation they've done an amazing job. Their pricing has always been very competitive. The product I've purchased has always been great quality and their installation has always gone off without a hitch. Plus the communication before, during the install and after installation has been done on a timely manner. This last installation of our awesome granite counter tops we had an issue. The General Manager made time to speak with me and resolved my issues without hesitation. It was a pleasant and refreshing experience to have any problems (albeit as minor as it was,) dealt with immediately and satisfactorily for me. I will never use another company. I chose Tanner Tile to redo my kitchen floor and I could not be happier! The attention to detail was flawless. Mine was not an easy application because not only did I choose large tiles, but the subfloor had to be built up and match up to an existing floor. I’ve had many friends go choose a weekend warrior or handyman because it was cheaper (& then afterwards seriously regret it because of the bad workmanship.)

We have gone to tanner for two different te jobs (our house and rent property) they were great both times. There people were knowledgeable,friendly, and helpfull. They had a lot more options then lowes or home depot and much better prices.

I have had Tanner Materials install Tile, Carpet and Travertine in several properties and they have always done a great job. Recently, I had a problem with a shower they had tiled years ago. Mike said the problem was on them and they fixed it without charging me. Like every good contractor out there, they are busy but they do a good job and they stand by their work.

Tanner Materials has done various jobs for me over the years from tile, wood plank and carpet to cabinets/knobs. Every job has been done on time and well. I noticed other reviewers mentioned the wrong material being installed numerous times - I tend to review my material before it is installed and pay attention to the work being done so I have never encountered this in dealing with Tanner, but I suggest that of any homeowner do that no matter what company you may use. Tanner's selection is great and the prices are competitive. All of the materials they have installed for me have been quality and have lasted the test of time. I will not hesitate to use Tanner again in the future!

Hello my name is Jeremy and I want to just say that I could not wait to post this review. I have lived in my home for 23 plus years and have remodeled a lot. But we never could have imagined our entire kitchen to be remodeled. We always put the kitchen last because we thought it would take too much time. Well In August of this year we planned to get it done. We chose “Tanner Materials Company”. For our cabinets and our Countertops. This was all new for us and let me tell you why I chose “Tanner Materials Company”! We chose “Tanner Materials Company” because as soon as we Met Victor I knew that he listened truly to our style and remembered everything we wanted. He was in contacts with us from day one! He is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable of his craft. Our house was built in the 1940’s and there was a lot to do before our new dream was set in place and became a beautiful reality! Our private Contractor “Todd” was a complete wiz for our new piping walls and everything to create a perfect pallet for our new Cabinets. With “Tanner Materials Company” Everything was timely and they finished sooner than expected. Throughout this entire experience I have learned that it’s all about timing and preparation. Prepare and research everything, and choose what you want and have fun planning it. I say this because Victors enthusiasm was On POINT! No fuss no muss. He was ready to start this project with so much excitement! Where you’re prepared for anything everyone is in sync. You want TEAMWORK! Go to “Tanner Materials Company”! I have never seen so much unity and team work in my entire life so far. These people knew what they were doing and had 100% confidence! That like never happens you know! Whatever dream you have with a new project ask for Victor at “Tanner Materials Company” I repeat ask for Victor!!! He is the one that you want to go to. He will take care of you and will be with you through the entire time! No matter what upgrade you are doing big or small. “Tanner Materials Company” can and will make your dream project a reality! We weren’t just a number to “Tanner Materials Company” we were treated like Family!!!!

We had Harold at Tanner Materials Company come out and measure our bedrooms & stairs. He was very professional and polite. A week later his floor guys came out and installed our new laminate wood floors. They took a lot of pride in their job and made sure that we liked the floors. Everyday before they left they did a super job cleaning up. It was like they were never there. I would recommend this company for there pricing, work ethic and above all, their professionalism.

Tanner had a discontinued tile for a house we moved in last year. Salesman was professional and followed up with us immediately. So many selections at reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend to stop by and check place out!

Can’t say enough about what great help Al and Brooke were when we picked our flooring, countertops, kitchen and bath tile! Really love how everything came together and we stayed within our budget. Their installers were outstanding. I highly recommend giving Al and Brooke a call!

I am very happy with Tanner as they helped me with selection of Tile/backsplash/stair schluter.....their prices are competitive and provide good feedback on type/style. Fernando and Brooke helped us and provided good estimates on tile that was ordered and shipped. Also, very courteous and able to replace the broken tiles with the big order. Didnot hesitate in replacing them and even gave a good timeline of when the orders will arrive. Overall very happy with their service and commitment and really looking forward to using them again...Please go and support this local business.

We have used Tanner Materials twice for large tile projects. They had a lot of tile to choose from in their showroom. Al and his team were very professional and prompt. They did excellent work! We will used them again! Thanks Al!

Holy smokes! Al was the freaking best! I’ve never written any reviews in my life. We shopped around with multiple showrooms and shops and stopped looking once we found Al at tanner materials. He checked all the boxes for us: Integrity: didn’t try to upsell us on anything, made us feel like we’ve been working with him for years. We ran into some unexpected issues, but rather than continuing to work around the issue, they addressed it and were able to fix the problem before continuing. (Most contractors would’ve looked the other way and hid the problems because it messes up their schedule and it opens up opportunities to return and charge more money) Cost: very knowledgeable in different materials and made the best suggestions for us to save where we could. (His show room has a ton of variety) Design: we gave him ideas of what we wanted and he helped us put a beautiful remodel together. (You can be the judge, look at the photos) Efficiency: I work about 65-70 hours weekly and my schedule is constantly changing but Al was able to make adjustments and compromise even when I made last minute changes. His team was in and out as he scheduled. Experience: no job is perfect, but Al’s knowledge is superior and is displayed when we ran into any issues. During remodel, some unexpected events surfaced. Al knew exactly what to do when I reached out to him and eliminated the problems. Quality: look at the photos!

A wonderful experience working with Al at Tanner Materials. He is very knowledgeable and helpful about all materials and design (we did countertops and backsplash). The fabricator for our countertops was helpful in deciding which type of shape to do and was VERY FAST!!! Both Al and our fabricator were great in their suggestions and using their expertise in helping us to make the best decision. Pricing was very reasonable. Will return for my next project and I highly recommend.

I have been a customer for probably 10 years. Harold Sims always does my work and I truly appreciate him. He’s done 5 or 6 jobs for me and I’ve been very pleased with all of the work. He had great contractors who work hard and are respectful and talented. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Tanner for years on various projects both residential and commercial and they are consistently lower priced than their competitors and always do right by me and my clients.

Harold is great. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The workers were terrific, fast, exacting and cleaned up every day. We couldn't ask for a better experience when they replaced all the carpet with luxury wood vinyl. We highly recommend.

Tanner just completed a carpet tear out in 3 of our rooms and installed a beautiful porcelain tile. The guys did an amazing job and Al is awesome to work with. The entire job was orchestrated as promised. Tanner has the best installers and prices! It’s the only company we’ll ever use! Thanks guys!!

I can’t say enough about Tanner Materials! Al and Brooke were amazing in helping me select flooring, baseboards, carpet, countertops and stone for the wall. I wanted to get away from the dark cabinets, countertops and flooring and they helped capture my vision perfectly. I couldn’t be more in love with my completely remodeled home! Their crews were all very nice and often times worked 6 days a week-and even well into many evenings to get it done!
