I have used Tanner Materials to do several jobs, including redoing 3 bathrooms. First, their price is the best available, Second the work was perfect, Third, on time and on budget. Fourth, the materials are superior. Previously I had used the big box stores, and the it was the worst possible situation. Remember those big box stores get there people by the lowest bid, so you get the worst craftsmanship, the worst materials, and the worst customer service. Mike is the go to guy here. He knows this business, Pablo, is the estimator and asks all the right questions and listens to get the quote right the first time, The installers are perfectionists, clean and timely. I am going back to them within 30 days to have them do another project.

We just had our kitchen remodeled and chose Tanner Materials to do our countertop and backsplash. The choices they have in their store are more than enough to make anyone happy. The personnel who work in the store were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Shout-out to Josh who coordinated everything for us and made sure we were happy. He knows all about tile granite and cabinets - Really works with you to put it all together - I will ONLY refer Jim Tanner to all my clients (I am in Real Estate and own my company also) Absolute pleasure to sit with someone with the experience and understanding not to hard sell anything - you live with your selections for a very long time and he is very patient and understanding and does not apply pressure of any kind - MOST helpful person I have worked with on flooring (and I have been in Real Estate since 1981!) Worked with Victor to have our entire floor done with wood-look porcelain tile. Victor was great to work with, he's responsive, detailed, thorough, and very receptive to all of my concerns. I'm glad I had him working on our project.

Mike, the manager reached out to us for a fresh start, we are so thankful we did! He went above and beyond to help find the right dye lot for our patio. Tanner Materials has done various jobs for me over the years from tile, wood plank and carpet to cabinets/knobs. Every job has been done on time and well. I noticed other reviewers mentioned the wrong material being installed numerous times - I tend to review my material before it is installed and pay attention to the work being done so I have never encountered this in dealing with Tanner, but I suggest that of any homeowner do that no matter what company you may use. Tanner's selection is great and the prices are competitive. All of the materials they have installed for me have been quality and have lasted the test of time. I will not hesitate to use Tanner again in the future!

What great people to deal with. They gave me a great deal on travertine pavers, went above and beyond getting the material in a timely manner even after I changed the order. Then when my paver guy messed up the project, they set me up with Servando, who is an expert at laying pavers. All around great experience!

Yes! Victor was great! Very responsive, even when the news wasn't good, as some is bound to be in any construction project. If you don't need a fancy showroom and want a crew that is knowledgeable and strives to please their customers, give them a try. Excellent quality of work, will use them again.

This company is top notch! Josh and his team are simply the best. The price is second to none. Our Calacatta Idillio quartz counters and backsplash look fabulous! The Tanner team was on-time, extremely polite and clean. Project Details: We stopped in on a weekend. The following Thursday the team demo' d our existing counters with no damage to our cabinets and installed our new quartz the very next day! In less than a week it was DONE! Our project required three slabs, undermounted sink and 18 inch backsplash. There where no seams except on the front edge and the veins were masterfully lined up! My husband did the plumbing hook up and reconnected the electrical. Thank you!

I was a bit nervous given the mixed reviews, especially on customer service with the owner who has treated others terrible. I went into the showroom with my wife and kids. The salesman was already busy with another couple, which was fine because we weren't sure what we wanted exactly and needed to look around. After we had looked around and had questions on several types of porcelain wood tile, the salesman Greg came over and gave us prices and answered our questions. He provided a printed quote for materials and install. They sent Pablo out to my house to measure and look at the rooms they were going to install. He was very polite and professional. He measured the floor and also answered several questions I had and made recommendations as to how it might best look installed as far as the pattern goes. I ended up finding a cheaper price (only by .10/ft) on the materials so I had ordered it from another supplier. I called a few weeks later ready to install and they were happy to still assist me and didn't' treat me any different given that I didn't buy the product from them. They arrived on time and removed my carpet and began installing my floor. It took a total of 2 1/2 days for install, but the installers were courteous and did a great job. I'm happy to recommend based on our experience and the results speak for themselves.

Just had our backyard done over in pavers and 2 bedrooms plus entry way tiled. Awesome job from start to finish, Harold definitely delivered - on time and on budget. The crews were on the job when promised and the work site was cleaned up every day. Servando's team did some difficult paver transitions that look great. The cover up of the old cool deck is impressive. Jose and Julio did an amazing job on the interior tile. Really excellent craftsmanship. We were worried about the mess and disruption of 2 major projects running at the same time, but Harold and his team pulled it off perfectly.

Tanner has been very responsive to my needs...This is the third project I have done with them. I found out about this place from the great work my in-laws got done by the people at Tanner. It inspired my wife, and I to investigate the Tanner store in Chandler. We found the best deal I had ever seen on a Versailles pattern tile set. We had been looking for over a year, but everything we found was way over budget. Because Tanner had such a good deal, we had our whole house done. What a painful project after living in the same house for 20 years, but now that it's over we love our new flooring. It's now time to go back to Tanner, and get the Granite Countertops done now. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for new flooring, or countertops.

We had an amazing experience with Tanner Materials. Upon our request, they came back out to our house and replaced an area of tile that did not meet our standards nor theirs. No questions asked. The quality of cabinetry, hardware, tile and countertop materials is excellent and the value is great. The entire process from beginning to end is as smooth as can be. From design to demo to completion. Victor is a consummate professional and the turn sound time is shorter than any other shop I've worked with. I just finished a large semi custom home for clients in the 2.5 million dollar range and their "custom" cabinets, provided by the builder were not even as nice as Tanner's! I appreciate the professionalism, communication and wonderful design process that is completed with expediency and smiles! What a fantastic resource!!

Josh at Tanner Materials did a fantastic job. From start to finish our kitchen design and construction went smoothly. He made some tweaks and design changes that elevated our kitchen to the next level. We received bids from Lowe’s and Home Depot and they didn’t come close to tanner materials price point. Josh also helped us pick out tile to put throughout our house. It looks amazing, and a shoutout to Adam from Desert Tile innovations for the seamless tile install and help with remodel.
